Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is a leading healthcare provider offering PACE services to seniors in Southeast Florida. The Clinical Support Technician role supports Nursing and Medical teams, ensuring compassionate patient care and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include routine participant care, specimen handling, EKGs, and collaboration with multiple departments. Applicants should be CNA/MA trained with a focus on elderly care and bilingual communication when possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant Program.
• Minimum of three months experience as a Medical Assistant or CNA.

Responsibilities

• Performance of routine participant care activities and daily living support.
• Collects samples, reports to Lab and medical teams, and documents in EMR.
• Performs EKG 12-lead procedures and assists with treatments.
