Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers, Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches in Lake Worth, FL, is seeking a Clinical Support staff on-site to support the treatment team. The role involves conducting groups, baseline assessments, and assisting therapists while maintaining clinical records and aiding in discharge planning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in social work or related field; Master’s in social work preferred. Florida licensing credentials (LAMFT/LASW/ACSW) and CADC/SUDDC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related Human Services field.
• Experience in group facilitation and crisis intervention is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with preparation and active participation.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Conduct group sessions and assist Therapists and Case Managers as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Cover client caseload in absence of primary Therapists and assist in discharge planning.
