Flyland Recovery Network is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist (LSW/LPC) to provide comprehensive clinical support in a residential treatment setting. You will assist the clinical team by facilitating and co-facilitating therapeutic groups, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and supporting crisis interventions.

This full‑time, in‑person role offers a salary range of $62,000 to $66,000 per year, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating therapeutic groups in residential treatment.
• Ability to complete biopsychosocial assessments and document in EMR.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and co-facilitate therapeutic groups within the residential schedule.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments for new admissions.
• Document interactions and patient progress in EMR.
• Respond to patient crises and provide de-escalation when needed.
• Support discharge planning and coordination with the treatment team.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical leadership to ensure patient safety.
