Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with preparation on patient needs, progress, barriers, and strategies.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments (biopsychosocial evaluations) per standards.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
