Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related field eligible for clinical licensure.
• Licensure-eligible or pursuing licensure in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews and support patient needs.
• Complete baseline biopsychosocial assessments per standards.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination.
• Provide coverage for assigned caseloads when needed.
• Support discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
