Job Description:

The Clinical Support Specialist will oversee students in their clinical rotations in the hospital setting per the guidelines in place by the college in the adjunct faculty handbook, job description, and course description as well as the guidelines of the organization they are assigned to.

Duties and Tasks:

• Oversee students in their clinical rotations
• Provide support to student during clinical hours

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Virginia.
• Evidence of nursing practice within the past five years (in a practice area which is like that in which the students will be learning).
