CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
This position is responsible for providing technical support, training, and patient onboarding to customers and users of Veris Health products. This role is a combination of onsite support at customer location(s) and remote support. This role is based in the Columbus, OH area.
Veris Health is a subsidiary of PAVmed (PAVM). Veris Health is a cloud-first company with core technologies that include implantable multimodal biologic sensors, a patient mobile application that provides tools to improve quality of life, a caregiver interface, and a web-based physician interface for aiding in cancer care
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- It is the primary responsibility of the Clinical Support Specialist to meet the needs of Veris Health’s internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy. It is imperative that an outstanding attitude is maintained at all times
- Is expected to demonstrate initiative in serving the needs of all customers by thoroughly researching to resolve issues and drive process improvements
- Is committed to developing a close working relationship with the Veris Health Sales Representatives and other Customer Service Representatives to convey information about potential and committed sales orders.
- Provides technical support, both remote and onsite
- Provides clinical call center support and patient triage
- Onboard new patients at customer facilities, and remotely asnecessary
- Conduct training sessions for Clinical & Administrative users. Technology and devices include Web & Mobile Apps, Measurement Devices (Thermometer, Blood Pressure Monitor, Pulse Oximeter, Weight Scale, Activity Band)
- Develop close working relationships with personnel at customer clinical locations
- Contribute to training material development for call center protocols.
- Enter customer orders within inventory management system.
- Identify opportunities for product & service improvements
- Document customer and patient feedback
- Record support interactions in ticketing system
- Identify best practices for continual development of Customer Success
- Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Production, Marketing, Operations, and other internal departments as necessary.
- Willing to travel to other local locations as necessary
- Any other duties and responsibilities as appropriate per management.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, AUTHORITIES & ABILITIES:
- Clinical or Technical degree, or certification, in related field (CMA, CNA, LPN, RN, NP, CBET, Information Technology, Engineering, etc)
- Experience in Clinical setting and/or Customer-facing position(s)
- Self-starter with limited supervision
- Relationship-building skills with customers and users
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stand, or move throughout facilities, for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Fluent in Spanish would be a plus
- All employees are required to have completed an FDA-authorized or approved one or two-dose COVID-19 vaccination course, and any subsequent booster doses at the suggested intervals.
