Job Summary

The Clinical Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities


  • Schedule Patient Appointments: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of provider time and resources.

  • Follow Up on Referrals: Manage and track patient referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with patients and referring providers.

  • Assist with Patient Service Questions: Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to healthcare providers, including managing patient records, processing paperwork, and handling correspondence.

  • Maintain Patient Records: Ensure patient records are up-to-date and accurately entered into the system.

  • Coordinate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with healthcare providers and other administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
