The ideal candidate will hold a national phlebotomy certification, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and strong skills in patient navigation and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front office or back office).
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process.
• Build strong relationships with partner site staff and providers.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
