Job summary

DESC seeks a Clinical Support Specialist in Seattle, WA to work with an integrated care team providing case management and mental health services to tenants. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, coordination with DESC staff and outside providers, and ensuring services align with tenancy goals.

The successful candidate will hold or be able to obtain a Washington AAC license, bring experience working with homeless adults, and actively engage in organizing support services and education for

Qualifications

• License required or able to obtain AAC license in WA.
• Experience with homeless adults or similar populations.
• Understanding of local homeless, mental health, and chemical dependency services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical services for tenants as part of an integrated care team.
• Develop and update Integrated Service Plans with tenants and staff.
• Provide case management and trauma-informed support to tenants.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and ensure compliance with agency guidelines.
• Collaborate with outside providers to coordinate services for tenants.
