Eventus WholeHealth in Fishers, IN, is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to bolster the clinical care team, coordinate workflows, and support communications among patients, providers, and facilities. In this role you will assist APCs, manage schedules, host telehealth visits, and help with documentation, ensuring timely, high‑quality patient care across our partner facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year patient care experience highly preferred; medical scribing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, supportive, and professional approach.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with ready patient information and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart prep.
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules including admissions and discharges.
• Serve as liaison among clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Support triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including lab results and patient records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation appropriately.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and maintain accurate census and records.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively within partner facilities.
