As a Clinical Support Assistant you will provide clerical and administrative services to the clinical leadership team. You will assist the department Director with timecard editing, field file management and occupational health tracking. This position will track equipment as appropriate. You will also assist with compiling audits and compliance reports as well as submitting security requests for system access for team members.
This is a 20 hour, day shift. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. (Wednesdays off). Hours are 6am to 10am.

Banner Ocotillo Medical Center is a new, comprehensive medical center located in Chandler, AZ. The hospital has 124 beds with ample shelled space for future growth. The hospital offers key inpatient and outpatient services, such as emergency care, intensive care, endoscopy, cardiac catheterization, imaging, surgical and women’s services. The hospital utilizes cutting‑edge technology to improve safety and quality, including robotic surgeries, UV disinfecting lighting, and smart devices for all caregivers.
This position provides clerical and administrative services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgement. This position will support the service line or department Director with timecard editing, field file management and occupational health tracking. This position will track equipment as appropriate. This position will assist with compiling audits and compliance reports as well as submitting security requests for system access for team members. This position will create onboarding schedules and new hire activities.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
