Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Clinical Supply Systems Associate in Indianapolis, IN. Hybrid role with on-site work in the downtown area and regular business hours. The role focuses on supporting IRT/RTSM platforms (e-CTS and IWRS) used for clinical trial material logistics and distribution.

You will bridge business and technical teams, troubleshoot data issues, gather requirements, and assist with CSV/GxP compliant validation and ALM-based testing. A strong foundation in SQL and ETL is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with systems supporting Clinical Supply Chain including IRT/RTSM.
• Understanding of SQL and data querying across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of IRT/RTSM platforms, especially e-CTS and IWRS, and support functionality and issue resolution.
• Support clinical trial material distribution and logistics processes managed through these systems.
• Investigate system/data issues using SQL or other database query tools and identify root causes.
