Job summary

Clinical Supply Consulting is seeking a Clinical Supply Coordinator for a remote role with occasional travel to conferences, client visits, or team meetings. The position focuses on ensuring delivery of clinical supply plans across manufacturing, packaging, labeling, distribution and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, advanced Excel, and familiarity with IRT systems. GMP/GCP knowledge is a plus, and candidates should be open to up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provisioning of clinical supplies including packaging, labeling, distribution, returns and accountability.
• Assist CS Managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Interpret protocol information to develop packaging/labeling designs and global distribution strategy.
• Coordinate origination, proofing, and translation of study labels as required.
• Select and manage vendors for centralized services and supply chain needs.
• Collaborate with other departments on labeling, import/export logistics.

Job description

Clinical Supply Consulting is currently seeking a Clinical Supply Coordinator to ensure the delivery and execution of clinical supply plans that support study protocols and timelines. This is a remote role but occasionally, on an as-needed basis, you may be asked to travel for conferences, client visits, training, or team meetings.

From Manufacturing, Packaging, and Labeling, to Distribution and Technology Vendors, Clinical Supply Consulting partners with teams to optimize efforts, better anticipate resource and expenditure needs and provide in-depth IRT and Clinical Supplies training, support, and planning services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the provisioning of all clinical supplies including finished product packaging and labeling, distribution, drug returns, and accountability, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
• Assist Clinical Supply Managers in their efforts to effectively manage projects on time and within budget
• Interpret relevant protocol information to develop packaging/labeling design and/or global distribution strategy
• Coordinate the origination, proofing, and translation of clinical study labels, as required
• Selection and management of vendors for the supply of centralized services such as clinical trial supply companies, specialty labs, central suppliers
• Work collaboratively with other departments for the creation and approval of product labeling and import/export logistics
• Track and manage temperature data associated with shipments of clinical drug supplies
• Assist with the development of SOPs, RFIs, and RFI’s and other documentation as required
• Evaluation of tools to support outsourcing oversight and study processes and Comparator sourcing

Skills & Experience:

• The ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience working with IRT or other software systems related to Clinical Supplies is a plus
• GMP/GCP knowledge a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
