Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI ) is seeking an experienced professional to oversee packaging and labeling of clinical supplies in New Jersey. The role requires coordinating with Trial Supply, maintaining detailed schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery.

The candidate will execute SAP transactions, manage BOMs and production orders, and collaborate with QA to ensure CGMP compliance and regulatory alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years pharma industry experience.
• Experience planning and executing multiple projects with CGMP awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication and decision making.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain basics.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery of clinical supplies through effective management of assigned projects.
• Liaise with Trial Supply on packaging and labeling design and study requirements.
• Ensures production schedules meet agreed on-time delivery date of finished supplies.
• Develops detailed time and event schedules, tracks all activities and milestones.
