Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Planner for our Malvern, PA site. This full-time role focuses on coordinating production planning and material procurement for clinical manufacturing, with responsibilities spanning MPS-based scheduling and ERP system updates.

The candidate should bring 3+ years in manufacturing/planning, knowledge of clinical supply chains, and experience with SAP and Advanced Planning Systems. Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Knowledge of clinical trials & clinical supply chain.
Knowledge of Biologics & Advanced Therapy manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning principles.
Project & Change management skills.
Strong data analysis abilities.
Experience with ERP (SAP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP).
Familiarity with GMP, GCP, GDP and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

Production Scheduling: coordinate and release production plans based on MPS.
Material Requirements Planning: manage requisitions, lead times and inventory targets.
Supply Constraint Management: assess feasibility and communicate constraints.
Coordinate with QA, warehouse and suppliers to ensure timely material release and handling of exceptions.
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
