Job summary

Sharp Packaging Solutions, part of UDG Healthcare plc, is seeking a Clinical Supplies Room Leader to oversee the packaging, labeling, manufacturing, and assembly of investigational drug product. You will prepare packaging supplies and required documentation in line with MI’s, SOPs, and cGMP regulations.

The role requires leading and training technicians, maintaining clean packaging spaces, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while meeting timelines and production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of clinical supplies packaging or cGMP experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise packaging operations.
• Ability to lead as a change agent, handle multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
• Responsible for cleaning cGMP packaging areas, equipment and utensils as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging of clinical supplies per MI’s, SOP’s and cGMP.
• Complete support documentation for packaging operations.
• Maintain packaging areas per SOPs and cGMP regulations.
• Operate packaging equipment.
• Train Packaging Technicians on duties.
• Monitor packaging area for compliance with MI’s and cGMP.
