Job summary

Insight Global in Lititz, PA is seeking a Clinical Supplies Associate to support end-to-end clinical supply operations, including project coordination, labeling, inspection, and distribution, while ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards.

You will maintain documentation, prepare Assembly Records, coordinate shipments, and collaborate across teams to meet project timelines and quality requirements in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
  • Experience in clinical supplies, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments (GMP preferred).
  • Familiarity with GDP (Good Documentation Practices).

Responsibilities

  • Author and maintain Assembly Records (ARs) to support clinical supply activities.
  • Coordinate procurement of competitor products as needed for project requirements.
  • Prepare and set up rooms for clinical supply operations and assembly activities.
  • Route Assembly Records and related documentation through approval workflows.
  • Manage sample submissions in alignment with project timelines and requirements.
  • Execute assembly activities in accordance with Assembly Records and ensure accurate labeling.
  • Coordinate and execute shipment of completed clinical supply assemblies.

Overview:

The Clinical Supplies Associate is responsible for supporting end-to-end clinical supply operations, including project coordination, labeling, inspection, and distribution activities. This role ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supplies Project Coordination
  • Author and maintain Assembly Records (ARs) to support clinical supply activities
  • Coordinate procurement of competitor products as needed for project requirements
  • Prepare and set up rooms for clinical supply operations and assembly activities
  • Route Assembly Records and related documentation through approval workflows
  • Manage sample submissions in alignment with project timelines and requirements
Labeling & Assembly Execution
  • Execute assembly activities in accordance with approved Assembly Records
  • Ensure accurate application of labels and adherence to documentation standards
Shipping & Distribution
  • Coordinate and execute shipment of completed clinical supply assemblies
  • Ensure all shipments meet quality, documentation, and compliance requirements
Label Inspection & Quality Control
  • Perform label inspections as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify and elevate discrepancies or quality concerns
Label Coordination & Management
  • Generate labels in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards
  • Conduct thorough label inspections prior to use
  • Route labels through approval processes to ensure compliance
  • Manage label inventory, including tracking, reconciliation, and destruction of obsolete materials
