Job summary

The University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, is seeking a Clinical Procurement Account Clerk to manage procurement inventory and distribution of clinical supplies, instruments, and equipment to support patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Managing the procurement inventory, receiving, and distribution of clinical supplies, instruments, and equipment to support patient care and education across all units.
• Maintaining accurate purchasing, inventory, reconciliation, and quality control records to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Supporting students, residents, faculty, and staff by coordinating clinical, preclinical, and dental lab supply needs and resolving ordering issues.
• Coordinating vendor relationships, including order placement, delivery tracking, laboratory work orders, and billing inquiries.
• Providing operational and administrative support through training activities, meetings, process improvement recommendations, and other duties as assigned.
