Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a Logistics Associate for a 3-month, onsite assignment in West Harrison, NY. The role focuses on supporting supply distribution and facility operations for clinical and non-clinical areas, with duties ranging from inventory control to coordinating with departments.

The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED, basic MS Office skills, and some healthcare or food handling exposure. Bachelor's degree is a plus; shift Mon/Wed/Thu evenings and Saturday day.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Food handling and exposure to cold temperatures in a hospital/nutrition environment.

Responsibilities

• Support supply distribution and facility operations for client clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Order and maintain supplies and linen per established par levels; manage inventory in the system.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership and assist with equipment/supplies selection for patient care.
• Coordinate with Plant Operations, Facilities Management, Safety, Environmental Services to keep patient areas safe and orderly.
• Adhere to institutional standards in all duties.
