• Readiness Maintenance: Ensure all clinical equipment and supplies are kept in a clean, sterile, and peak working condition, ready for immediate patient use.
• Area Organization: Optimize storage layouts to improve clinical workflow and ensure easy access for nursing and medical staff during procedures.
