Job summary
Harp Services Llc in California seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to support a residential homeless program serving Veterans with homelessness, mental health challenges and substance use disorders. You will provide clinical oversight, staff supervision, and crisis intervention within the program.

Qualifications
- Licensed in California with active, valid license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/Psychologist).
- Minimum one year of clinical supervision in a residential homeless facility.
- Experience with mental health disorders, SUD, and veteran populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing supervision of clinical and case management staff.
- Oversee clinical care needs of Veterans in housing and supportive services.
- Conduct risk assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
- Crisis intervention and management.
- Prepare incident reports and follow-up with Program Manager.
- Coordinate referrals to Veterans Affairs healthcare services.
- Engage with Health Care for Homeless Veterans Liaison monthly.
- Coordinate therapeutic groups and admissions support.
