Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Danvers, MA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee staff delivering behavioral health services in a Community Behavioral Health Center and a permanent supportive housing program. You will supervise clinicians, ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, coordinate admissions, and support staff in community and facility settings.

A MA license and a Master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions.
• Ensure person-centered care tailored to individual goals and preferences.
• Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
• Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving and skills training.
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms and ensure treatment plans involve the individual.
