Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead OH-licensed clinicians, supervise interns, and maintain a client caseload. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access to quality mental health care in a supportive, values-driven clinic.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an OH clinical license eligible for supervision (LPCC-S, LISW-S, PsyD).
• Experience supervising clinicians and interns in a mental health setting.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR documentation (Valant preferred).

• Provide supervision to clinicians and interns; oversee clinical practice.
• Maintain own caseload of clients and ensure treatment plan quality.
• Develop and supervise treatment plans; coordinate with case managers.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in meetings and trainings.
