Mood Health is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to oversee associate therapists in a collaborative, equity-focused practice. You will provide regular supervision, review charts, and maintain a reasonable caseload while contributing to hiring decisions and ensuring high-quality, ethical care.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous documentation, and organizational skills to support clinician growth within our CA-focused practice environment.

Qualifications

• Valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth

• Provide 6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week
• Conduct 3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week
• Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed
• Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards
• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as needed
