Job summary

Mood Health is a remote-forward practice seeking licensed therapists to provide telehealth sessions with adults in California. You will conduct assessments, support treatment planning, and build strong therapeutic connections.

We value diverse clinical perspectives and offer clinical guidance, supervision resources, and a collaborative environment focused on equitable care. Remote role with CA licensure required.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) in good standing.
• Must be able to provide tele-health sessions.
• 2+ years of direct care experience with adult individuals.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Who We’re Looking For

We're happy you found us! We are looking for unrestricted, fully licensed therapists who are willing to provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our clients. Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus. Please note: If you are not currently licensed in the state of California, you must be willing to become licensed in California (we’ll help you through the process, and cover the cost).

Compensation

• Clinical - $70 per 53 minute session
• Supervision - $55 per hour
• Onboarding, training, meetings, and missed/canceled appointments - $40 per hour
