Job summary

Jobtailor in Bannockburn/Deerfield area seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, support onboarding, and uphold ethical, evidence-based care.

You will manage a caseload of about 20–25 sessions per week, collaborate with ownership on the Gurnee location expansion, and mentor therapists while promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a qualifying field.
• Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) license required.
• Experience supervising or leading clinical teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians.
• Support and participate in therapist onboarding, development, and retention success.
• Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care.
• Assist clinicians with treatment planning, documentation, and case consultation.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 20–25 sessions per week.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive clinical environment.
• Support expansion efforts related to the upcoming Gurnee location.
• Work directly with ownership and leadership to support therapist development, clinical excellence, and culture growth.
