Job summary

The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Program Administrator in Trenton, NJ to oversee the SVS program, recruit and supervise visitation staff, provide clinical oversight, and report on program data.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in social work or related field, licensure (LPC/LCSW), and at least five years of mental health experience including supervisory roles; valid NJ driver’s license required. Salary is $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Valid professional license (LPC, LCSW) required.
• NJ Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the SVS Program.
• Recruit, select, coach, supervise, and assess visitation staff and coordinators.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of visitation staff.
• Collect and report SVS data and participate in CQI activities.
• Attend meetings and deliver presentations.
