CMS River’s Bend, a program of Crisis Management Services, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical work of our substance use treatment program. You will supervise Addiction Counselors and Technicians, guide assessments and treatment planning, and ensure ASAM criteria are met for a 3.5 high-intensity level of care.

This hands-on leadership role includes coaching staff, managing clinical documentation, case consultations, and on-call duties to support program operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field with clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields with clinical experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of clinical experience, including work with chemically dependent individuals.

Responsabilités

• Provide documented clinical supervision to Addiction Counselors and Technicians per DDAP requirements.
• Review and sign off on assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation for accuracy and level-of-care fit.
• Observe clinical work and provide coaching to staff to support growth.
• Oversee ASAM assessments and confirm placement decisions align with 3.5 level of care.
• Carry or cover a counselor’s caseload to maintain consistent patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for intake, admissions, and complex cases.
• Respond to crises and provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Support directors in implementing state and agency policies.
• Participate in treatment team and clinical staff meetings.
