Job summary

Center for Family Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Child Protection Substance Abuse Initiative (CPSAI) in Atlantic County, NJ. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with DCPP offices, and ensure timely documentation and adherence to contracts.

Requires a Master's Degree and active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LSW/LAC); LCADC preferred. Must be willing to drive to DCPP offices and maintain high compliance with program policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work or closely related field.
• Active license in good standing (LCSW/LPC/LSW/LAC) required; LCADC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to CADCs, ADC interns, Counselor Aides, and Peer Recovery Specialists.
• Conduct monthly group supervision and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with DCPP and local treatment providers and ensure documentation is complete.
