Job summary

YAI CA START San Andreas is seeking a clinical supervisor to oversee CA START Clinicians and ensure accurate credentialing hours are tracked. You will document supervision sessions and adhere to agency protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a California license in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, with training in clinical supervision and at least 3 years of related supervision experience. Hours are flexible to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CA license in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of ID/DD or related social service supervision experience.
• Trained and credentialed in delivering clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to CA START clinicians.
• Document supervision sessions (hours and topics covered).
• Follow agency protocols for supervision.
• Sign off on supervision hours for licensure.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Practitioner in California State - Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology

Trained and credentialled in the delivery of clinical supervision

• 3 years ID/DD or related social service supervision experience.
• Affability and patience

Hours: flexible to meet program need.
