Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to provide excellence in patient care and leadership. Reporting to the Director/Manager. Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s). Clinical Supervisors will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital's Core Values and the hospitals mission statement. Clinical Supervisors will act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s). He or she will demonstrate critical thinking in the management of patient care and patient flow, possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital, Wildomar, California – a licensed 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission, designated Trauma Center, Paramedic Base Station, performing over 4,000 surgeries a year and 4,000 emergency department visits per month.
Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required. Charge nurse or supervisory expertise in Department‑specific setting preferred. Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program. BSN preferred.
