Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care.**Location:** Palm Harbor, FL (fully onsite)**Schedule:** Part-time role (20 hours per week).
