Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Texas.
• Two years experience in acute care.
• One year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Maintain all clinical competencies for area of supervision.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS; TNCC required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members and direct staff to achieve safe outcomes.
• Demonstrate service excellence and patient-centered care at all times.
