Job summary

Multnomah County's Preschool & Early Learning Division seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Preschool For All (PFA) interns and lead advanced-level project management within the Department of County Human Services. Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from inception through successful completion.
• Lead the project lifecycle for student intern placements and clinical workflows, with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and clinical consultation to the team.
• Conduct on-site field observations to coach, guide, and set strategic goals at PFA preschool sites.
• Architect and revise work processes, service delivery strategies, and training frameworks.
• Proactively identify project and placement risks, and implement contingency plans.
• Analyze federal, state, and local regulations to ensure strict programmatic compliance.
• Serve as a primary representative on committees, interagency task forces, and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide strategic oversight for early childhood mental health service contracts and partner collaboration.
• Direct project budget administration by tracking, analyzing, and forecasting operating expenses.
• Lead cross-functional program execution and service delivery monitoring across community partners.
• Evaluate service implementation against PBIS frameworks to maintain high delivery standards.
• Synthesize operational data and KPIs to drive annual contract optimizations.
