Job summary

New Oakland Family Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee PHP and outpatient services, guiding clinical and admin staff within a multi-disciplinary team. You will support program development, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical standards while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervision, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis management, with a focus on maintaining high-quality client care and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Active Michigan clinical licensure (TLLP/LLMSW/LLP preferred; full licensure highly preferred).
• 1–3 years of progressively responsible clinical experience.
• Experience collaborating with clinic staff in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily PHP operations management with Site Director and Associate Director.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and performance oversight to administrative and clinical staff.
• Ensure adherence to agency policies, procedures, and best practices in clinical services.
• Maintain professional boundaries and support a positive work environment.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services (assessments, intakes, individual/family/group therapy).
• Develop and complete treatment plans and clinical notes; ensure timely discharge planning.
