Job summary

River Valley Counseling Center, Inc. in Holyoke seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical evaluations and treatment across ages, while also providing direct care as needed.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support program development to improve quality and cultural competence. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), with at least three years as a therapist and one year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a therapist and at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Active Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical evaluations of clients across all ages and provide direct care as needed.
• Supervise and train exempt and non-exempt staff; ensure regulatory compliance and quality documentation.
• Lead multidisciplinary case disposition meetings and collaborate with teams.
• Support program development and quality improvement initiatives and ensure culturally competent services.
