Job summary

Elevated Solutions Therapy in New York is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to provide supervision and case consultation to limited-permit and pre-licensed clinicians. This contract, remote role supports a growing team and offers flexible hours.

You will lead two weekly group consultations, oversee documentation and treatment plans, and coordinate hours tracking for NYSED licensure. A strong background in eating disorders/OCD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New York license as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist, in good standing.
• Eligible to supervise limited-permit holders under NYSED rules.
• At least 1 year post-licensure.
• Clinical experience with eating disorders and/or OCD.
• Comfort supervising remotely and being reachable during business hours.
• Florida licensure or Qualified Supervisor status is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead two weekly group case consultations (Mon & Wed, ~3 hours total weekly).
• Provide individual supervision as new limited-permit clinicians join the team.
• Review and co-sign documentation and treatment plans in SimplePractice.
• Serve as a consult for high-risk cases with the practice owner as final escalation.
• Track supervisees' hours and complete NYSED supervision forms.
• Join one monthly clinical team meeting and contribute to ED/OCD training.

Job description

Elevated Solutions Therapy is a growing New York and Florida group practice specializing in eating disorders, OCD, and anxiety, with structured outpatient tracks and a full referral pipeline. We're hiring a New York licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision and case consultation to our limited-permit and pre-licensed clinicians as the team grows.

What You'll Do

• Lead two weekly group case consultations (Monday and Wednesday afternoons, about 3 hours a week including prep), with room to grow as the team does.
• Provide individual supervision as we bring on additional limited-permit clinicians over the coming year. The role is expected to expand in hours and scope.
• Review and co-sign documentation and treatment plans in SimplePractice.
• Serve as a consult for high-risk cases (eating disorders, OCD, suicidality), with the practice owner as final escalation.
• Track supervisees' hours and complete NYSED supervision forms for licensure.
• Join one monthly clinical team meeting, and contribute to internal ED/OCD training as interested.

What You Have

• Active New York license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist, in good standing, and eligible to supervise limited-permit holders under NYSED rules.
• At least 1 year post-licensure. Prior supervision experience is a plus.
• Clinical experience with eating disorders and/or OCD (ERP, FBT, CBT-E, DBT, or ACT).
• Comfort supervising remotely and being reachable for urgent consults during business hours.
• Florida licensure or Qualified Supervisor status is a plus.

Compensation and Setup

• $125 to $185 per hour depending on experience and ED/OCD specialization, paid for scheduled supervision, consultation, documentation review, and consult time.
• Contract position, roughly 3 to 5 hours a week to start, growing with the team.
• Fully remote. Supervision is provided through the practice's systems.
• Optional: carry a small caseload of your own at a 60/40 split.
