Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) seeks a Clinical MST Supervisor to oversee MST therapists, ensure high‑quality, ethical MST services, and provide on‑call support as needed in the Kansas City area. Supervisors may drive 60‑90 minutes from Overland Park to reach sites.

You will supervise clinical work, guide treatment plans, and collaborate with program directors and MST experts to meet community needs while supporting staff development and program goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals, preferably in MST or a similar evidence‑based program.
• Strong understanding of family systems theory, behavior therapy principles, and adolescent development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Provide clinical supervision to a team of MST therapists, including individual and group sessions.
• Deliver MST treatment to a caseload of 1-2 families, if needed to meet program and community needs.
• Conduct regular case reviews and give feedback to therapists on clinical assessments, treatment programs, and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with MST therapists to develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on client and family needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding of new MST therapists.
• Coordinate with Program Directors, MST experts, and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of MST services and achievement of program goals.
• Coach and support therapists in refining treatment plans.
