What is Multisystemic Therapy (MST)?

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) typically targets chronic, violent, or substance-abusing juvenile offenders ages 12 through 17. • Growth Opportunities: Expand your expertise with training, certification, and professional development options in a growing organization.
What You’ll Do

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Multisystemic Therapy, incorporating relevant evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families, and collaborate with other key members.
  • Implement crisis management strategies as needed to address immediate safety concerns for clients and their families.
  • Participate in individual and group supervision training to enhance clinical skills and ensure fidelity to the MST model.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures.
