Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Experience supervising clinicians or auditing documents preferred.
• Illinois or Indiana license (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW) required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective communication to staff regarding clinical needs.
• Maintain a baseline caseload and productivity per tiered pay.
• Provide consistent supervision to pre-licensed therapists and interns.
• Review and sign supervisees' clinical documentation.
• Ensure supervisees meet productivity requirements and ethical standards.
• Represent the company professionally at events and meetings.
• Assist in onboarding, scheduling, training, and orientation of new therapists.
• Contribute to staff retention and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with development of company operations and policies.
