Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC in Worcester, MA is seeking a Full-Time Independently Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMHC or LICSW) to oversee clinical operations at Washburn House. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with a starting salary of $90k.

The role includes supervision of staff, program development, and ensuring compliance with state, Joint Commission, and TRS standards. LICSW or LMHC licensure is required, along with a Master’s or doctoral degree in a counseling-related field.

Qualifications

• LICSW or LMHC licensure required.
• Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to educate staff, clients and families.
• Monitor clinical records and programming to meet regulatory and TRS standards.
• Develop and maintain program curriculum using evidence-based treatment.
• Provide specialty services to enhance client treatment experience.
• Supervise clinical staff and supervise direct reports.
• Train staff and conduct regular meetings to improve procedures and effectiveness.
• Support marketing and community relations as needed.
• Conduct specialty groups as directed by leadership.
