Job summary

The Recovery Village’s Washburn House in Worcester, Massachusetts, is seeking a Full-Time Independently Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and develop evidence-based treatment programs within our residential addiction treatment setting.

Our Washburn House facility is seeking a Full-Time Independently Licensed Clinical Supervisor!

This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Licensed Clinical Director (LMHC or LICSW)

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Salary: Starting at $90k

CORE JOB DUTIES:

The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborates with the Executive Director/or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to enhance and provide education to the staff, clients and family members associated with the residential treatment program.
• Monitors all clinical records and programming to ensure they meet or exceed Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS standards.
• Develops, implements andmaintains program curriculum using evidenced based treatment and utilizing best practices with approval from the Executive Director/or Regional VP.
• Provides specialty services to our clients to enhance their treatment experience.
• Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Trains and assists in the professional development of staff.
• Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness.
• Assists with marketing and community relations as needed.
• Conducts specialty groups as outlined by the Executive Director/or Regional VP.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Credentials:

LICSW or LMHC licensure required.

Education:

A Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a Master’s in a counseling-related field from an accredited college or university required.

Experience:

Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role.

Experience with a 12 step program preferred
