New Season, part of Colonial Management Group, LP, is seeking a qualified Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily activities of clinicians and ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations, as well as CMG policy.

You will collaborate with leadership to promote counseling skills and quality of care for patients, participate in accreditation processes, and supervise staff while maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and state-appropriate licensure/certification; master's preferred.
• Knowledge of Opioid Addiction, MAT services, HIPAA, and privacy practices.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience; 1 year in substance abuse field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily duties of clinicians and ensure regulatory and budget compliance.
• Provide quarterly quality assurance reviews and guidance to improve care.
• Maintain documentation, supervise staff, and participate in surveys/inspections.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
