Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved certified program of medical assisting.
• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing strongly preferred.
• 4 years experience in physician office setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assists in daily clinical and operational aspects of the practice, including staff scheduling and resource management.
• Participates in talent lifecycle activities: recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, development, and retention.
• Maintains a safe, caring environment and responds to patient/family concerns with compassion.
• Leads a professional, respectful clinic atmosphere and promotes quality standards with the team.
• Collaborates with managers and physicians to ensure patient care standards and staff compliance.
