Job summary

UCS Healthcare in West Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical operations and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care. The role requires a masterful blend of clinical oversight, training, and compliance with CARF, HIPAA, and state regulations.

The supervisor will oversee scheduling, duties, and reporting, while maintaining a caseload and supporting teams across our clinics. A strong background in CADC and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of CADC experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to execute fair and sound judgment.
• Must be able to travel within Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and develops daily workflows of the department.
• Provide both individual and group sessions within license scope and maintain caseload.
• Provide observation to direct reports of sessions.
• Coordinate delivery of treatment modalities.
• Ensure EBPs are integrated into groups and counseling sessions.
• Maintain and document data on clients served; monitor resources and staffing.
• Receive, evaluate, and implement assessments; communicate with referring agencies.
• Provide supervision, training, and onboarding; set goals and manage performance.
• Complete required training; perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel to UCS clinic locations as needed.
