Job summary

Madison West Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Madison, WI, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical team in an outpatient MAT OTP environment. You will ensure high standards of counseling practice and guide patient care in collaboration with staff and leadership.

You will supervise, train, and support clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA), and drive continuous quality improvement within a busy OTP.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with at least 2 years of clinical experience in health or human services.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Associate’s Degree with at least 4 years of clinical experience.
• Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policies.
• Monitor counselors' productivity and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Assign staff and create schedules; update staff on changes.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews as required.
• Perform chart audits and communicate audit results to staff.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
• Engage in crisis intervention and liaise with community partners as needed.
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
