Avenues Recovery Center in Aurora, CO is hiring Mental Health Therapists/Substance Abuse Counselors for our Detox and Residential facility. This is an in-person role within a collaborative clinical team focused on stabilization and recovery.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy, crisis management, and coordinating aftercare. Requires a Master's in related field and Colorado licensure; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active Colorado licensure or certification (LAC, LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, CAS, CAC III, ADDC).
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Experience in substance use disorder, mental health, or co-occurring disorders preferred.

We provide evidence-based, individualized care across the full continuum of services, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient treatment. We are currently hiring Mental Health Therapists/Substance Abuse Counselors for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO.

What You’ll Do
