Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a full-time Clinical Supervisor for its detox and residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, manage daily clinical operations, and maintain a recovery-focused environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with Indiana licensure (LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and bring 3+ years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnoses, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Current licensure to practice in Indiana: LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
