Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• LCSW-C certification in Maryland.
• Board-approved supervisor LCSW-C.
• Experience supervising 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision
• Review assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries
• Conduct periodic quality reviews of medical records
• Identify training needs and provide documented training
• Respond to clinical emergencies and assist with crisis management
• Ensure staff comply with policies and procedures
• Attend leadership and team meetings
• Maintain a small caseload and assist with programming
